Every session works in its own copy of your project, so ideas never get in each other's way. When Nook needs you, you'll know.

What is Nooky?
Nooky is a Mac app that finds all your projects and brings code, Git, documents and AI sessions together in one calm place. Nook, your AI companion, helps you plan and build — whether you've coded for years or are just getting started.
Is Nooky an app builder?
No. Nooky doesn't turn one prompt into an app and leave you alone with it. It keeps track of everything you make and works with you, step by step, on your own Mac.
Do I need an AI subscription?
No. Nook is built in and comes with free energy to get started. If you already have a Claude plan, Nooky can use it too, through the Claude command-line tool on your Mac.
Does Nook ask before it acts?
Yes. Reading your project happens on its own. Commands, internet access and changes outside the project always ask first, and you see the exact command. You decide per session how much Nook may do by itself.
Which Macs does Nooky run on?
Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or newer) running macOS 26 or later.
Is Nooky free?
Nooky is free to download during the beta. Nook includes free energy every month, with more available if you need it.
What are the office and the town?
